Yava started her career in real estate in 1997. She has over 20 years of experience in serving Houston’s locals and new residents moving to the area. She earned her degree from Norfolk State University, in Psychology. She believes that her degree has helped her to understand her clients and build good relationships. In addition to her Texas Real Estate License, she holds a Texas Insurance license. She believes that the homeowners and the lender both should be protected with insurance. That the buyer should understand that mortgage insurance (protects the lender) and homeowner insurance is protection in place for the homeowner. Yava’s primary focus is to represent your best interests from start to finish and to ensure that her clients experience transparency and understanding throughout the investing, buying, and selling process. Her expertise is in helping clients to sell and buy real estate in following local cities, Houston, Missouri City, Stafford, Sugarland, and Richmond. . Her passion includes, traveling, music, advocating for women empowerment and entrepreneurships, mental health awareness and she enjoy hosting her social media Talk Show.
